The strongest trigger for electrification isn\u2019t internal - it cascades down the supply chain from shippers and forwarders. Serving customers, consumers and society is what sets the whole thing in motion.

Het \u201choe\u201d begint niet bij een truck<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

V\u00f3\u00f3r alle hardware komen twee vragen:

\u2192 Do we genuinely understand our operational requirements - reliability and cost?<\/strong>
\u2192 Is onze organisatie er echt klaar voor?<\/strong>

Toch beginnen de meeste trajecten nog steeds met: \u201cMijn dieselleasecontract loopt af, dus ik bestel een elektrische truck, pak een subsidie mee en kan in zero-emissiezones rijden.\u201d Misschien is dat de verkeerde start.

The vehicle - still the key value lever - sits at the apex. But it only pays off when everything beneath it holds: governance and organizational capability, the right operational and financial data, infrastructure, and financial engineering.

Van losse depots naar gedeelde infrastructuur
Een idee dat ik bijzonder goed vind, is een regionale Depot Charging Club<\/strong> - operators collaborating at depot level to share infrastructure knowledge, drive down cost and drive up utilization.

Minder dubbel werk. Meer dichtheid. Betere economie voor iedereen.<\/strong>
