Voertuigen, laden, depot, energie en financiering moeten samenwerken.<\/li><li style=\"margin:0 0 6px;\">Neutrale marktinfrastructuur, met gestructureerde vraag, vergelijkbare aanbiedingen en eerlijke deelname, bepaalt het tempo.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een hete markt die lastig te navigeren is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smart Freight Week in april liet een markt in beweging zien. Veel bedrijven breiden hun diensten end-to-end uit. Nieuwkomers van binnen en buiten Europa komen met innovatieve oplossingen. De kans is groot, <strong>we schatten \u20ac20\u201325 miljard in Europa<\/strong>, en het gevoel van urgentie is groot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toch is het landschap versnipperd en ondoorzichtig. Wat bedrijven echt nodig hebben koppelen aan dienstverleners die echt kunnen leveren, blijft een uitdaging. Europa heeft de technologie. Voertuigen komen misschien van de ene aanbieder en laden van een andere, en bij energie, depotinstallatie, financiering en implementatie kunnen er nog meer betrokken zijn. Als elk onderdeel apart wordt ingekocht, groeit de complexiteit, en daarmee het risico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor leveranciers werkt het andersom. Een brede ambitie om te elektrificeren geeft ze weinig om op te plannen. Vastgelegde eisen, volumes en tijdlijnen wel. De markt beweegt van verkoop op basis van relaties naar gestructureerde inkoop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote style=\"margin:36px 0;padding:4px 0 4px 24px;border-left:4px solid #1F8237;\"><p style=\"font-family:inherit;font-size:24px;line-height:1.4;font-weight:600;color:#183C79;margin:0 0 8px;\">\u201cElektrificatie is geen technologieprobleem. Elke kans vraagt om een ecosysteem van partners: vloten, verladers, OEM's, laad- en energieaanbieders, financiers en steden. De groene transitie van Europa wordt gewonnen of verloren op logistieke terreinen, in depots en in stedelijke corridors, en hangt ervan af dat ze allemaal samen bewegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infrastructuur bepaalt de snelheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technologie alleen versnelt geen transitie. Infrastructuur wel, en daar hoort ook <strong>marktinfrastructuur<\/strong>bij: een neutrale, gestructureerde manier waarop kopers en leveranciers met elkaar in contact komen. Dat betekent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gestructureerde vraag:<\/strong> eisen, volumes en tijdlijnen waarop leveranciers kunnen reageren.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Vergelijkbare aanbiedingen:<\/strong> reacties op dezelfde basis, met prijs, TCO, ESG en leveringsvoorwaarden naast elkaar.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Eerlijke deelname:<\/strong> meerdere aanbieders, transparante criteria en heldere data-governance.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Bundelen waar het helpt:<\/strong> vraag bundelen over vloten, steden en regio's heen voor betere voorwaarden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom neutraliteit ertoe doet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektrificatiemarkten hebben concurrentie, keuze en vertrouwen nodig. Als \u00e9\u00e9n merk het voertuig, de lader, de software en de financiering bundelt, wordt de keuze kleiner en gaan de overstapkosten omhoog. Neutraliteit is geen marketingslogan.
