Why we built EUlectrify
Europe has the ambition. The technology exists. The capital is there. And yet the transition is slow, because the market underneath is fragmented.
Fleets struggle to find the right solutions. Procurement is slow and costly. Demand is scattered. Every project starts from scratch.
EUlectrify is built to change that. Not another platform, not a consultancy, but a shared, procurement-grade backbone connecting OEMs, cities, logistics operators, suppliers, energy providers, and financiers into one coordinated system.
Electrification is not a technology problem.
It is a coordination problem.
Coordination problems are solved with infrastructure.

Haijo brings 25 yeasrs of experience in supply chain transformation, strategic procurement and digital innovation in logistics. As VP at Philips and Partner at KPMG, he led global supply chain transformations across industrial, manufacturing and logistics operations, and spent years watching the gap between electrification ambition and actual execution widen.
EUlectrify is his direct response to that gap. A venture built to make the European electrification a market function, with a positive impact on supply chains. At speed and scale.
Claire Barnhoorn

Claire has spent nearly two decades proving that fair, transparent procurement is one of the most powerful levers for systemic change. She founded Solvoz out of a conviction that structured markets unlock impact at scale, building what is now an ISO 27001:2022 certified technology operating in 60+ countries, and winning the Best Innovation Award in The Hague in 2024.
EUlectrify runs on the Solvoz.tech backbone . The same proven infrastructure that already accelerates procurement for NGOs, health agencies and international institutions, now applied to Europe’s electrification transition.

We’re a small, experienced founding team with a proven technology backbone and growing market traction. What we need is an operator. Someone who can turn strategy into execution, build scalable processes, and take ownership of making EUlectrify work day-to-day.
You’ll sit at the centre of it: operations, partners, commercial execution, and growth. Not as support, but as a builder. This is a founding team role, with real ownership and equity. Based in Europe, with flexibility on location.
If you’ve built or scaled before, think in systems, and want to shape how Europe electrifies, this is worth a conversation.

EUlectrify is a joint venture between 3XVentures and Solvoz. Pairing deep European logistics and supply chain expertise with a proven, mission-aligned procurement platform already operating globally.
The combination is deliberate: commercial credibility in European logistics, infrastructure that already works, and a shared conviction that zero-emission freight is too important to leave fragmented.

EUlectrify is entering its founding phase, building the first operational market layer connecting fleets, cities and the full electrification ecosystem.
Europe’s transition is no longer about technology. It is about coordination at scale.
We are working with a limited group of founding partners to enable rapid deployment, activate the first use cases, and shape the infrastructure that will underpin zero-emission logistics across Europe.
This is not a typical investment. It is participation in building a new market layer, at the moment it forms.
